Barracuda Field,February, 2-4, 2026: Eastlake Exploration and Production Limited (“Eastlake”) has successfully concluded the Dry Season Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) sample collection for the Barracuda field in OML 141. The Dry Season EIA exercise was carried out with representatives from the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC)and theFederal Ministry of Environment (FedMEV) in attendance.

The EIA program conducted as part of social, regulatory and environmental compliance requirements was supported by Jenneoby Environmental and Laboratory Services Ltd, serving as Eastlake’s environmental consultant. The field activities included systematic data and sample collection designed to inform environmental baseline conditions and ensure responsible project planning and development.
