Ugochukwu is an Engineering and Commercial professional with extensive experience in project management (diagnosis, design, execution, and evaluation), asset management, production operations, and operations management, successfully managing multi-disciplinary teams and multi-service projects.

Before creating Eastlake Exploration & Production Limited, He managed the production enhancement and cost optimization for most International Oil companies and Independents in Nigeria while in Schlumberger limited. He worked in various facets of the industry both locally and internationally close to 20 years.

Ugochukwu holds a master’s degree in Energy and Petroleum Economics and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He has attended several technical and management programs in Nigeria, France, USA, and the Middle East in areas of Sales, Leadership, Quality Management, Operations Management, and Resource Optimization. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), and a board member of several companies at group level.

Ugochukwu is a Fellow of Nigerian Society of Engineer (FNSE) and also a certified engineer of the council for the regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN )

Michael have over 35 years’ experience in the Petroleum Industry as a Petroleum Engineer working predominantly in Drilling Engineering, covering land, swamp, shallow and deep-water operations.

I have worked extensively in pipeline and facilities construction aspects of the industry. I have multi-corporate experience, having worked with the Nigerian National Petroleum Development Co. Limited, a subsidiary of the NNPC, Mobil Producing Nigeria (Now ExxonMobil) and Conoil Producing Limited.

Furthermore, I have experience in Crude Oil Production and Gas Injection Operations working as a Production Technician immediately after my graduation, during my one-year NYSC. My experience in pipeline and facilities construction includes supervision of pipeline and facilities construction in OML 59 and OML 103 for Conoil Producing in 1998 through 2006. I am highly self-driven, motivated, adaptable, focused and keen to excel for a result oriented performance and overall corporate and growth.

Chinedu is an experienced oil and gas professional with over fifteen years of drilling and completions experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.

He has succeeded severally in drilling rigs start-ups and managed several oil & gas wells drilling and completions. He directly managed multi-million dollar equipment and projects and hundreds of personnel on several well drilling campaigns.

Chinedu was also actively involved in the successful tendering and contracting of onshore and deepwater drilling units and projects in Nigeria. Chinedu earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and a Certificate in Oil & Gas Technologies from GE Oil & Gas Univ., Florence, Italy.

He has won various exceptional individual and team excellence awards in Performance and HSE.

As a multi-disciplinary professional and business executive, Toluwalope holds core responsibilities for business development, commercial strategy, investor engagement, corporate finance, deal structuring, corporate development and delivery assurance across Eastlake Group’s upstream, midstream and petrochemical platforms. His role spans the full value chain from opportunity origination and partner alignment through to investment readiness and execution support.

Trained as a Mechanical Engineer, Tolu operates at the intersection of commercial leadership and technical delivery, with strong capability across asset development, surface facilities concept and development, gas processing and monetisation, pipelines, field development structures and technical service delivery. His work covers project framing, engineering interfaces, commercial frameworks, procurement strategy, partner integration and execution governance, ensuring that strategic ideas are translated into bankable, buildable and operable projects.

With almost 20 years of experience across firms including Ascot Fabricators & Constructors, Lafarge, Oando and Smartflow Technologies, Tolu has built a reputation for combining engineering depth with commercial and financial discipline. He plays an active role in pipelines, processing facilities, gas plants and energy infrastructure, and works with senior leadership to originate, structure, finance and execute natural gas and industrial energy projects across the Eastlake platform.

Dr. Michael (Mike) Ogunleye is a dedicated, goal-oriented leader with experience leading global energy exploration, development, and production operation teams, who supports his team, removes obstacles, provides opportunities, and nourishes development.

My diverse experience allows me to quickly connect with colleagues and partners, gaining a deeper understanding of them, their roles, and their important pain points, all of which are essential in creating trusting relationships. As part of your team, I will ensure that you achieve maximum stakeholder value.

That means an increased bottom line, employee engagement will increase, and your efficiency is going to grow. I do this by maximizing our human resources because I care enough to bring out the best in others to produce excellence.

Experienced and dynamic Executive/Professional with an MSc. in Petroleum Geosciences and a Ph.D. in Leadership and Organizational Change with more than 30 years of proven exploration and brownfield redevelopment/management experience as well as an in-depth ability to mentor and coach young professionals and reports.

A tenacious leader with a breadth of experience in startups to multinational and consulting companies, which contributes to bottom-line growth through analytical thinking and innovation. Mike experience spans operated and non-operated ventures in Marketed fields, Marginal fields, Production sharing contracts (PSC), and Joint Venture (JV) agreements, gaining experiences from working in reputable organizations such as First Tribute Resources, Lekoil, OandO, Shell Nigeria, Petroleum Development Oman [PDO], Shell International, and Mobil.

Louis is a highly motivated and qualified Finance Director with over 11 years of experience in senior executive positions within the Oil & Gas sector. With extensive experience in financial controls, improving operational efficiency and focus on strategic growth opportunities through collaboration, he has delivered results across functions and the overall business unit. Implemented strong internal control and compliance monitoring environment to curtail foreign exchange exposure, manage account receivable, restructure activities to save cost and improve profitability.

With a career spanning over 30 years in audit and finance roles, Louis has worked with D N Offor & Co and Halliburton Services in Nigeria, Angola, Tanzania and Mozambique.

He grew progressively through the system to become Executive Finance Director in Halliburton Nigeria in 2015. Louis holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, an MBA, and membership of several professional bodies.

Michael Nweke has horned his passion for gas commerce for 21 years. His Geography and Planning B.Sc degree from the University of Lagos, and his innate prowess in Sales and Marketing crossed paths with the Gas industry in 2004. By 2007 he was heading Harig Oil supply and trading Ltd marketing desk, putting him at the forefront of the Nation's Domestic Supply Obligation(DSO) policy, which enacted Nigeria's current national LPG consumption status to 1.4 Million Tons per annum from 90,000 Tons. He went on to consult for several international trading companies after obtaining certificate programmes in Futures, Options & Derivatives at the NewYork Mercantile Exchange (2008) and LNG Shipping by LNG Journal London (2013). He has dedicated his career in the Gas industry to engender Nigeria’s Gas Master Plan, working with and advising several privately owned start-ups in the Downstream, Midstream and Upstream sectors

As the Technical Assistant to the Managing Director of Falcon Corporation Ltd, Nigeria's third largest Gas Distribution company, he worked in the capacity to further catalyse the distribution of natural gas to industries shifting to the gas play for power and the gas-based industries spectrum, and the burgeoning autogas emergence anchored on the Presidential CNG initiative PCNGi.

In 2025, he was selected as a member of the pioneer study group, the 'Flare4Value' team organised by the German-Nigeria Hydrogen Office, a team of young Nigerian Government delegates to Germany, in conjunction with GIZ (German Government), to design a road map for Nigeria's Gas Flare down aspirations

Today, within the Eastlake Group, he leads the Eastlake Gas & Power as its Managing Director, a strategic company in Nigeria's E&P landscape, strategically poised with several indigenous playbooks to make the Gas Master Plan a reality.

Nwosu is a seasoned oil and gas professional spanning over 44 years of experience in the petroleum industry working in the DPR (now NUPRC), Shell International, and some National Oil Companies. He has been Consulting as an Oil & Gas Business Development and actively participating in Consortiums seeking to invest in investing in the Oil & Gas industry.

In the nearly 30 years in the Shell Group, Nwosu has acquired deep knowledge and excellent understanding of various aspects of the oil and gas business through a variety of Management roles in Operations and Well Engineering; Asset Reference Planning; Assets Field Development and Production Operations and Joint Venture Management – these experiences across local and international Shell entities, as well as the different oil and gas terrains – onshore and offshore. Post the Shell Group after early retirement, he has managed the setting up and leading a Marginal Field Company to first oil as Managing Director; set-up and managed a 4-rig Drilling Company as Managing Director; provided oil and gas Consultancy to Marginal Field aspirants and to IOCs oil and gas divestment bidders as Technical, Strategy and Commercial adviser. He has also provided Consultancy in Organisation re-engineering and setting up of new Oil and Gas businesses.

He has a sound understanding of the Nigerian oil and gas business environment. He has a built strong network in the oil and gas industry both locally and internationally, especially with the Nigerian Government Regulatory and Investment Management parastatals (DPR now NUPRC, NNPC, NPDC, NAPIMS etc.) and even local Community who are now key stakeholders in the industry.
